#WOD – Fri 22nd Jan


An easy one this week (hahaha)

Allocate 1 minute per exercise no rest break.  3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between each round.  Good luck

*Renegade Press up
*Kettlebell Squat
*Shoulder Raises (alternate front and side)
*Weighted Lunge (alternate side – use kettlebells or barbell for weight)
