#WOD – Tuesday 25th August

Easy peasy lemon squeezy today*.

1 Mile run as warm up then…

5 rounds with 2 minutes recovery between each round of:
10 x Press Ups
20 x Sit Ups
30 x Kettlebell Squats

1 Mile Run Cool down

Repeat twice this week.  Have fun all, let me know how you get on.

*Why is it, the ones that look easy are the most evil?
