Sometimes, just sometimes, love in a cup is the perfect remedy. Here’s the paleo recipe (as long as you’re dairy tolerant).
4 teaspoons of Fortnum and Mason Persian Hot Chocolate (72% cocoa solids)
200ml full fat milk
Double cream whipped to stiff peaks
Place chocolate into a mug and then heat milk in a pan. As the milk warms, use a little of it to mix with the chocolate shavings so it becomes a smooth paste. Once hot (but not boiling) pour the milk into the cup and stir. Once all of the chocolate has been incorporated, place a tablespoon of the double cream on top.
